Refund Policy

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery of your item to return it. All items must be returned unworn in the condition you recieved it within 14 days of its arrival, along with its included form and 'Vintage Buzz' tag attached.

There are reasons why a refund or partial refund may not be granted. They include:

Late return outside of the 14 day window.

Damaged items not in its original condition.

Missing tags.

Items lost in the post during return.

Sale items.

Sale items are not eligable for return unless stated.

Once your item has been returned to us and passed inspection, we will send you an email notifiying you of its receipt and refund, or why it has been rejected.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Return shipping in the UK is unfortunately not free and will be at your own expense. This also applies to returns outside of the UK.

Shipping costs are none refundable.

If returning an item of high value, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
